Our team comprises industry experts and solution specialists who leverage their skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.Job Description:As an Associate Partner in HR Transformation, Business Sales & Delivery for Oracle (Band 10), you will lead transformation projects focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of consulting engagements.Your roles and responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary consultant to key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Business Development: Lead sales efforts for Oracle HCM solutions, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
• Solution Design and Strategy: Develop and present Oracle HCM transformation strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Project Delivery: Oversee project execution, including resource management, risk mitigation, change management, and quality assurance.
• Thought Leadership: Represent IBM at industry events, publish thought leadership, and contribute to solution development.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets and profitability to meet financial targets.
• Partnership: Collaborate with Oracle's sales, product, and technical teams for aligned and effective delivery.This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise
• Minimum of 10 years in HR transformation, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or partner role.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale HCM transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM suite (Fusion HCM, Taleo, etc.) and relevant technologies.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation, integration, and customization.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how technology drives business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
