at JPMorganChase within the Infrastructure Platform, you are an

applications. Job responsibilities Regularly provides technical
guidance and direction to support the business and its technical
teams, contractors, and vendors Develops secure and high-quality
production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
Drives decisions that influence the product design, application
functionality, and technical operations and processes Serves as a
function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of
firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software
Development Life Cycle Influences peers and project decision-makers
to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
Adds to the team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and
respect Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal
training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5
years applied experience Experience in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field 10 years of
professional software engineering experience with 3 yrs of proven
track record of technical leadership Expert-level proficiency in
Java full-stack development , including RESTful API design and
implementation Java 11, Spring Boot, Spring Framework,
Hibernate/JPA Strong front-end development skills in React and
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL,
Oracle) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency with CI/CD
pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices, Familiarity
with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles,
and clean code practices, microservices architecture and
distributed systems Proficiency in AI-assisted coding using tools
such as GitHub Copilot, or similar AI pair-programming assistants
and Ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated code for
quality, security, and performance Strong prompt engineering skills
with the ability to craft effective prompts for Large Language
Models (LLMs) to generate accurate, efficient, and secure code
Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows,
automate repetitive tasks, and enhance team productivity Preferred
qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated ability to
balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and
within scope Excellent communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills
