Insurance 401K Job Details Job Responsibilities: Handle commercial
litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts,
and other related issues. Manage cases from inception to
resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and
representing clients in court. Collaborate with senior attorneys
for strategic guidance and case development. Contribute to the
firm’s continued success through effective client management and
case work. Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in commercial
litigation preferred, but open to candidates with clerkship
experience. Civil defense experience is acceptable. Ability to meet
billable hour requirements (160 hours/month). Strong work ethic,
professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
