from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in
good standing. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business
litigation or related fields. Proven track record of courtroom
success and academic excellence. Strong analytical, research, and
writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
