Job Details We’re currently seeking a talented and motivated Associate to join our growing defense litigation team. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2 years of experience who is eager to take the lead on complex cases and work in a fast-paced trial-focused environment. Key Practice Areas: Medical malpractice defense Transportation litigation Insurance defense Product liability Commercial litigation Responsibilities: Represent clients in high-stakes litigation involving multimillion-dollar exposures Handle cases independently through all phases of litigation—from investigation to trial Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and draft dispositive and discovery motions Work closely with expert witnesses and clients Participate in strategy sessions, mediations, and trial preparation Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Texas Civil litigation experience, preferably in defense or trial work Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom experience preferred Excellent legal writing, analysis, and communication skills Ability to independently manage a docket A team-oriented mindset with a passion for litigation Interested in hearing more?
