Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our Dallas warehouse team. As a provider of flooring materials our Warehouse Associates will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and inventory management. Duties: Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment Manage shipping and receiving processes Operate forklifts , reach trucks, and other heavy equipment as needed Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space Requirements: 2 years experience in warehouse operations is required - 2 years using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks - 2 years experience picking, packing , and shipping procedures Mechanical aptitude for handling heavy equipment operations Experience in the flooring industry Experience cutting carpet Skills: - Quality control - Order fulfillment - Shipping receiving - Forklift operation - Warehouse management system proficiency - Reach truck operation - Heavy equipment operation - Picking and packing skills - Mechanical knowledge
