Temp Restoration / Demolition Technician Job Type: Full-Time Travel: Local and occasional out-of-state Job Summary We are looking for a dependable Restoration / Demolition Technician to assist with restoration projects by performing demolition, preparing job sites, and supporting efficient project completion. Responsibilities Perform demolition on flooring, drywall, cabinets, and other materials Load work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies Prepare work areas and set up staging and equipment Communicate with supervisors and team members to maintain productivity Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Qualifications Restoration experience preferred but not required Ability to use power and hand tools Strong work ethic, honesty, and teamwork skills Good communication and customer service skills High school diploma/GED Valid driver’s license Reliable, self-motivated, and professional appearance Available for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs with assistance) Stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling Apply with RPM Staffing at 2505 S.
