Let VOLT help move you forward Volt is immediately hiring for Steel Polisher in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Steel Polisher you will: be responsible for polishing and finishing steel products to meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various polishing tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish on stainless steel and other metal surfaces. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment are essential. Use polishing tools, grinders, and buffers to smooth and polish steel surfaces. Inspect steel products to ensure quality and finish meet specifications. Remove imperfections, scratches, and blemishes from metal surfaces. Maintain and clean polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Follow safety guidelines and best practices in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time/temp to hire opportunity. Shifts: 1st (5am – 2:30pm or 6:30am-3:30pm) Mon-Friday The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in steel polishing or metal finishing is preferred. Ability to operate polishing and grinding machinery. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting. Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
