Job Description Job Description Staffing Network is currently
seeking OBA Operators (Out of Box Audit Operator) the Operator
ensures devices meet standards through inspection, testing, and
defect reporting. They also monitor manufacturing operations,
identify and document issues, and may recommend process
improvements. Bilingual a plus for this role. English/Spanish
Mon-Friday 8-5PM. Payrate: $17 Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- In this position, you will: Visually inspect, test, and measure
materials and products to ensure they meet specifications Ensure
that product quality is maintained or improved Identify and
document issues and report this information to the OBA lead or
project lead. Maintaining adherence to quality standards,
regulations, and procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively. Identifying areas for improvement in
quality processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
and effectiveness. Monitor production operations to ensure they
adhere to established standards and procedures, according to the
client’s expectations. Meet attendance standards. Comprehend safety
regulations according to OSHA regulations. Collaborating with other
departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure quality
throughout the product lifecycle. Background/Experience – To
qualify for this position, you will need to have: Minimum of 1year
of manufacturing experience. Experience working in an ISO certified
facility. Desirable. Must be meticulous and observant to identify
potential issues. Effective communications with production teams,
supervisors, and other stakeholders. Ability to communicate both
written and oral. In Spanish and English. Knowledge of Microsoft
Office products. Must be willing to work overtime, including
