The New Account Representative creates new full service accounts for customers in the US and Canada. They review all Credit applications and corresponding paperwork received to ensure it is completed properly and all criteria is met before creating an account. Upon completion they scan documentation for future reference.Responsibilities

• Paperwork is reviewed to ensure all required information is received and complies with company policy.
  
• Processing new accounts through CRM and BSG01
  
• Scanning final documentation for retention to Access (Filebridge)
  
• E-mail communication with the customer/DSC daily for status of new accounts
  
• Research prior documentation for inquiry as requested
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  
  • 
    
    
  • High School diploma
    
  • 1 year data entry experience
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    
  • Detail oriented
    
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
    
  • Knowledgeable in CRM functionality
    
  • Oracle experience preferred but not required
