Job Description:
A loan and mortgage company has an open position for a Remote
Mortgage Post Closing Specialist. Core Responsibilities
Include:Reviewing the contents of the funded collateral and asset
file for accuracy and completionEnsuring that all documents are
executed completely with accurate data and required signatures were
applicableCoordinating with internal and external parties in
obtaining missing and/or required documentation for
processingApplicants must meet the following qualifications:
Minimum 1 year post-closing and shipping experienceMinimum 2+ years
mortgage experienceMinimum 1+ year of delivering loans in Encompass
LOSMinimum 1+ year of delivery experience to FNMA, FHLMC, and
GNMASolid understanding of processing with regards to underwriting
and funding processKnowledge and experience to cure conditions in
loan delivery to FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA
