Job Requirements Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English / Spanish)Shift: FIRST (Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm)Pay Rate: $16.00 - 18.00 / hr (depending on experience)Our Opportunity:Our client is a leading specialty contractor for communications, utilities, and governments. We are currently searching for an experienced Office Administrative Assistant that's looking to grow your career with a winning team!What you'll do as an Office Administrative Assistant:As an Office Assistant, you will make a genuine impact on new customers and existing clients. You will be the first impression of the company while on the phone or at the office. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality yet prompt, perceptive and have a disciplined work ethic. You should be able to handle all sorts of client inquiries, complaints, and give accurate and helpful information. A service-oriented approach is essential! The goal is to make our customers feel comfortable, welcome, and valued while in our office or on the phone.Responsibilities Include:

• Friendly, accommodating, service-oriented professionals
• Answering phones and directing to appropriate staff member
• High-Level of verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Productive and efficient with a high-level ability to multi-task
• Tech savvy and computer literate
• Data entry - enter new orders and processing
• Completing paperwork for outgoing shipments: UPS, freight and truck deliveries
• Invoicing and emailing invoices to customers
• Billing
• Filing
• Managing Office Organization and Cleanliness
• General Office Duties
• Assisting Office/Business Manager
• For this position you must display strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with reliable references.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Stable work history with excellent attendance.
  • Business professional attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Must possess the ability to perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities. Needs to be a great multitasker with the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a skills assessment
