Plating Assistant I

Mayday Manufacturing is a global leader in Aerospace machining and metal finishing in Denton, Texas and is a subsidiary of ESCO Technologies, a publicly-traded company. We are looking to add to our 2nd or 3rd Shift Plating Assistant I position to help our team contribute to our advancement.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour plus shift differential

Position Overview:

The Plating Assistant I is responsible for abrasive blasting, conversion coating, polishing of parts, and the stress and embrittlement process of customer parts in accordance to customer specifications and requirements. This individual works with full supervision.

A day in the life of the Plating Assistant

Work with our Platers by assisting them with jobs for the day. You will place the parts on racks, hooks, rods, and wire to prepare them for plating. Once the parts are plated, you will dry the parts and prepare them for the next process. As Plating Assistant I, you are helping with the process of delivering quality parts which are installed in aircrafts around the world.
