SUMMARY:


Reporting to the AVP of Deposit Operations, this role serves in a senior role for the deposit operations department to ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements. Specific duties are outlined below but may be asked to perform other Deposit Operations functions as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Provide leadership for the development, approval and implementation of company-wide operations policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

Serve as an escalation point for deposit operations staff in the following areas:

Customer service

Online banking and cash management

ACH and wire Processing

NSF, non post and chargeback processing

Debit card processing

Person to person payments

Fraud investigations

Core processing system liaison

Act as a resource to other departments for operational issues

Support for all operational projects

Collaborate with AVP Deposit Operations in establishing comprehensive operations strategy to achieve strategic initiatives

Strict adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and all other applicable regulatory compliance is required


OTHER DUTIES:


Serve as backup for various department functions as needed
