                        Job Summary:
                        
                        A polisher performs manual polishing of small and large parts using the appropriate tools, equipment, and/or machines to achieve surface requirements that meets customer expectations
                        
                        Job Responsibilities:
                        
                        • Operate manual polishing machine
                        • Setup parts in fixture
                        • Operate an electric drill to plug tanks in prep for polishing
                        • Wrap and package parts for shipment
                        • Willingness to assist in other areas as needed
                          • Other duties as assigned
                            Job Qualifications (Required)
                            
                            • At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
                            • High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
                              Job Qualifications (Preferred):
                              
                              • Previous manufacturing experience
                              • Experience using basic hand tools and machinery
                              • Able to reach control sheets and work instructions
                                Physical Requirements of the Job:
                                
                                • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day
                                • Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
                                • Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands
                                • Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs
                                • Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
                                • Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
                                • Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
                                • Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
                                  
                                  Monday-Friday 2nd shift 1:30pm-10pm
                                  Possible weekends
                                  Will train on 1st shift 5am-1:30pm
