And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments. CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits:Competitive pay:Average $71,063 per yearStarting pay of .49 cpmAverage of 2,500 miles per week$20 stop payAverage 6 to 8 stops per weekCompany sponsored per diem programDispatched for two to three weeksDrivers can expect to log 70 hours in 8 days; may have to take a reset on the roadIf out for two weeks, two days home.
