Job Description Cardinal Paint and Powder is looking for a self-motivated employees to join the production team at our new facility in Decatur, Texas. The successful applicant will be a part of a team that is involved in all aspects of producing powder coatings --- Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment Cleaning and assembling the appropriate machinery Adjust machinery settings per QC instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pull samples for QC Properly complete paperwork Operate a forklift (driving) Other duties deemed appropriate by the Production Supervisor ------ Requirements Basic verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills Paint/color experience (preferable) Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 50-55 lbs Follow company safety policies Work with limited supervision Company Description Established in 1952, Cardinal Paint & Powder draws on more than 60 years of experience.
