Purpose of JobWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Compliance and
Operational Risk Testing Analyst to work a hybrid schedule from one
of our regional offices in San Antonio TX or Plano TX.USAA values a

agreed upon between each employee and the employee's manager. As a
Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Senior in the
Enterprise Compliance and Operations Risk Testing (ECORT) Team,
Program Office, you will be responsible for supporting the
execution and sustainability efforts of the Enterprise Testing
Program by providing feedback, effective challenge, and guidance
for continuous enhancements of the Programs. This will be executed
by supporting the development and/or revisions of ECORT approved
Program documents (i.e., procedures, templates, etc.), support in
training ECORT staff and personnel for testing activities of
FLOD/SLOD control testing, governance, and/or oversight programs,
and support the execution of ECORT testing initiatives that may be
in response to meeting business needs, objectives, and/or
regulatory commitments.As a member of the second line of defense,
the Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst executes
independent testing under the Enterprise Testing program
methodology to ensure departmental processes and activities comply
with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures. The
incumbent will compile and retain well documented work papers to
create accurate and concise written reports including issues, root
cause and recommended corrective action.Job RequirementsAbout

at every level.Primary Responsibilities:Develops the steps needed
to test and/or analyze compliance with complex policies/procedures
and laws/regulations. Conducts appropriate, independent testing to
ensure operational risks and compliance requirements are adhered
to.Prepares detailed and objective work papers to support
conclusions.Reviews issues and findings to provide effective
challenge and quality of supporting documentation.Performs complex
qualitative analysis of data Identifies potential control
weaknesses and makes recommendations to remediate issues. Manages
all aspects of a compliance and operational risk test from end to
end.Serves as a resource to team members on escalated
issues.Builds, develops, and maintains relationships with business
and internal control partners (Audit, Risk & Compliance, Legal) to
facilitate collaboration between all lines of defense for
testing.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional
years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be
substituted in lieu of a degree (10 years total without a degree).6
or more years of relevant work experience (internal/external audit,
operational risk/compliance testing, quality assurance)Demonstrated
experience interpreting and applying federal and state laws and
regulations and guidance or operational risk principles/concepts.
Advanced knowledge of testing techniques and data analysis
principles, as well as the ability to interpret subsequent
results.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all
levels of management. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience:Possess one or more of the following
certifications: Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM),
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified
Internal Auditor (CIA).Ability to present complex ideas in a
clearly articulated, easy to understand format.Advanced knowledge
of Microsoft Excel to include Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas,

job.Compensation:USAA has an effective process for assessing market
data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You
are paid within the salary range based on your experience and
market position. The salary range for this position is: $88,200 -
$158,900* Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on
overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion
of the USAA Board of Directors.*Geographical Differential:
Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible
employees working in locations where market pay levels are above
the national average. Shift premium: will be addressed on an
individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently
