Title: Sr. Facilities Technician
Location: Denton, TX

Job Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring the Corporate Office is able to operate 24/7 in a safe and efficient manner. Requires coordination with the City of Denton regarding consistent uninterrupted utility services to our on-site computer systems and servers that require uninterrupted power. Requires consistent management of annual inspections, upgrades, and repairs to ensure that environmental safety is compliant to Denton City and County inspections and permit requirements. Directs 3 rd party contractors and suppliers, developing work scope, timelines and budget. Daily inspection and repair to critical building assets. Responsible for budget development and adherence.

• Manages the mechanical services such as HVAC, utilities, landscaping, and fire safety systems.
• Managers all building and system inspections as well as required service schedules, aligning with contractors, inspectors, municipalities, security and internal partner.
• Manages the bid process and preventative maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate reactive repair & maintenance of mechanical assets within the SSC physical plant and surrounding property, ensuring scope, timing, and quality standards are achieved.
• Develop budgets for projects, process incoming invoices for services rendered, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and quality assurance Execute ongoing general building services work scope, managing associate office and cube relocations, ensuring phone and computer equipment operational, coordinate space planning across the building.
• Complete physical repairs and adjustments of major mechanical assets including HVAC, EMS system management, food service equipment, etc.
• Ensure efficient operation to provide a safe and comfortable environment for SBH associates. Partner with internal teams and executive managers by supporting events, Board of Director meetings, and summits.
