$52,853-$72,675/year based on experienceRelocation: Up to $3,000We
are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Technician Lead to
join our Imaging Department. As a Radiology Technician Lead, you
will oversee and supervise all areas of the Imaging Department,
including XRAY, C-Arm, Portable, and Surgery. You will be
responsible for following physician orders, performing quality
procedures, ensuring patient care, providing excellent customer
service, maintaining competencies, practicing radiation safety,
coordinating imaging students, and managing department workflow.
Flexibility is required to handle the erratic census and unexpected
needs of the department. You will work collaboratively within a
team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:
Supervise imaging technologists and
support techs, providing guidance and support.Assume 24/7
responsibilities for the function, staffing, and image quality of
XRAY, C-Arm, and Portable scans.Manage fiscal responsibilities
related to staff, supplies, staffing, and equipment.Provide
leadership and vision to achieve department goals.Support the
mission, vision, and values of the organization.Demonstrate
initiative, judgment, and flexibility in response to the
department's needs.Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and
state requirements.Qualifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
date.Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification is
required.Associate degree in radiologic technology or a related
field.Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist or State Registered
Radiologic Technician.Minimum of 3-5 years of recent Rad Tech
experience, preferably in an acute care setting. Consideration may
be given to candidates with several years of Rad Tech experience
who have been away from acute care for an extended period.Benefits:
