Ever growing organization & increased demand for products!Anticipated Schedule: Night shift, 6 pm to 6 am, 3 1/2 days on, 3 1/2 days off.Pay: $60,000 to $75,000 annuallySupervises and coordinates activities of production technicians and helpers engaged in operating various machines to manufacture products by performing the following duties. Oversees the daily production activities of a plant or department.Job ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Suggests changes in conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew. Recommends and implements new procedures. Confers with other supervisors/management to coordinate activities of department Ensure department and workplace safety by adhering to all federal, state, local, and Company policies and procedures. Analyze and resolve work problems or assist employees in solving work related problems.Desired Experience
Two (2) or more years experience in all areas of plant production work.Desired EducationHigh school diploma AND some College/Military/Vocational Education Required.
