Responsible for establishing, administrating, and managing the systems, system optimization strategies, interface integrity, data and configuration governance, and all analytical functions supporting supply chain. Provides expertise in supply chain data collection, management, and interpretation, is able to inform rapid decision making and advance operational efficiencies through highly integrated ERP, par, inventory, and EDI functions. Works independently to contribute to overall supply chain department success related to efficient system functions.Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and build a team construct, and assign work, to support the Supply Chain Systems and Analytics function.
* Participate in the selection, training and orienting of staff; assist in developing, documenting, tracking and coaching to standards of performance; evaluate employee performance; and make recommendations for personnel actions.
* Direct and supervise the quality of Systems and Analytics work products;Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, and (where applicable) quality assurance standards.
* Maintain departmental reports and records and collects statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes as directed by leadership;Fosters collaboration with users to coordinate data requests and expedite request intake and cycle times;Support supply chain and organizational decision making with data-centric reports and interpretation;Develop and collaborate on the management of a multiyear technology roadmap for all supply chain systems. Must reflect a firm understanding of functional needs of all supply chain teams;Serves as the primary supply chain stakeholder for all ERP related projects.
* Serves as the primary supply chain champion for all supply chain led technology projects;Mentor team in roles, functions and skill advancement;Develop and implement supply chain system strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality;Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the team, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary;Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
* Consolidate and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and support recommendations.
* Assist/Provide guidance in developing project deliverables, including presentations, narratives, and other required project/team outputs.
* Implement quality assurance measures, such as inspection protocols, to maintain work product integrity.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE* At least 7 years' Experience in health system analytics and/or system administration and/or health executive advisory services and/or system implementation consulting; at least 5 years Management experience required and experience in collecting, interpreting and presenting data from multiple data sources; technical program management experience preferred

EDUCATION
* Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
