Establishing and tracking day-to-day production requirements that includes budget, safety, quality, and performance. Team will consist of between eight to twelve hourly mechanics. - - -Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• FAA Certified A&P
• Active Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to readinterpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge.
• Demonstrated knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft.
• Demonstrated experience with analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience modifying aircraft.
• Ability to work all shifts and Overtime as needed. -Preferred Skills:
  • Boeing Wide/Narrow body, Gulfstream platform experience.
  • VIP or comms upgrade experience.
  • Six-Sigma or other Lean methodology training/certification.
