Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic,
results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our thriving
company. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an
exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of our
business. The successful candidate will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, increasing sales within
existing accounts, and achieving and exceeding sales targets. The
base pay is $60k-$80k annually a year with on target earnings at
$100k-$120k annually. Responsibilities: As our Business Development
Manager, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to: 1. Utilizing your outside sales experience to prospect
for new business opportunities, both within our existing client
base and with potential new clients. 2. Developing and implementing
strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed established sales
targets. 3. Leveraging your advanced verbal, written, and
presentation skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range
of stakeholders, from frontline staff to senior executives. 4.
Applying your knowledge of the HVACR industry to identify potential
sales opportunities and to provide expert advice and guidance to
our clients. 5. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting
customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and
continuously delivering value. 6. Collaborating with
cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services
meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the
following qualifications: 1. High School Diploma / GED required OR
equivalent combination of education and experience 2. At least 2
years of outside sales experience, ideally within the HVAC,
Refrigeration or similar industry. 3. Exceptional communication
skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information
in a clear and concise manner. 4. A results-driven mindset, with a
strong desire to continuously improve and achieve success. 5.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to
manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 6. Previous experience in
prospecting for new business and increasing sales within existing
accounts. 7. A high level of professionalism and integrity, with
the ability to represent our company in a positive and professional
