Job Title: Sourcer – Sales Talent Acquisition Location: Farmers Branch, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $21–$25/hour • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • W2 employment - Temp to Hire opportunity ROLE IMPACT As a Sourcer, you will be instrumental in building a robust pipeline of inside sales candidates to power client-facing teams. Your expertise in sourcing sales talent will help accelerate hiring outcomes, strengthen employer visibility, and ensure delivery of high-quality candidates who drive revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Source and engage inside sales talent through job boards, social media, and proactive networking • Develop compelling job postings and outreach messaging tailored to attract sales professionals • Initiate contact, qualify candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling • Leverage recruitment marketing tactics to enhance employer brand within the sales talent market • Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline progress to internal stakeholders MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 3 years of experience sourcing or recruiting inside sales candidates • Demonstrated success in generating pipelines for high-volume or client-facing sales roles • Strong computer literacy and online research capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Job board platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn) • Social media (Facebook, Instagram) • Email/calendar tools (Outlook, Gmail) • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing in sales sectors • Familiarity with metrics tracking and reporting dashboards • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for social media content By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
