Job Description:
As the Business Development Senior Director of Data Sales at
Epsilon, you will lead and drive new logo opportunities and sales
efforts related to data products and services specifically designed
for the Healthcare vertical. You will strategize, collaborate, and
execute sales plans, aiming to enhance the impact of data-driven
solutions. You’ll report to the Vice President, Business
Development. As the Business Development, Senior Director of Data
Sales, you will be a visionary leader who will pioneer Epsilon’s
position as a trusted data partner for emerging market brands in
the Healthcare space. You’ll shape the future of data-driven
marketing in these dynamic regions by building a thriving client
base and directly contributing to Epsilon’s growth. Youll embrace
innovation and be at the forefront of Epsilon’s cutting-edge
data-driven marketing solutions, helping businesses harness the
power of data to achieve their goals. What You’ll Achieve • Sales
Planning and Execution: o Passionate as a new logo hunter. o
Develop comprehensive sales plans tailored to the Healthcare
vertical. o Exceed sales targets and understand the power of sales
metrics and sales milestones. o Responsible for generating
$500M-$750K in new signings with the calendar year. • Collaboration
and Alignment: o Collaborate with internal teams, including client
growth, product development, marketing, and analytics, to ensure
the alignment of data offerings with the diverse requirements and
goals within healthcare organizations. • Market Insights and
Innovation: o Stay informed about industry trends, regulations,
competitor activities, and market shifts within the Healthcare
vertical. o Identify new opportunities, innovations, and emerging
data-driven strategies that can benefit prospective Healthcare
organizations. • Reporting and Analysis: o Utilize sales
performance data to generate reports, analyze results, and present
findings to senior management. o Make data-driven recommendations
for future strategies and market developments. • New Logo Pursuit:
o Identify and lead the pursuit of targeted new logo business and
contract expansion opportunities within target accounts. o Actively
seek and nurture new business prospects while creating and
cultivating resources. o Develop proposals that position the full
range of Epsilon’s capabilities and data solutions to customers.
Who You Are • What you’ll bring with you: o 10 years of successful
sales experience, with a focus on data-driven products or services,
especially within the healthcare vertical. o Proven track record of
success in selling data-driven solutions within the Healthcare
sector. o Deep expertise in the Healthcare sector, including a
strong understanding of data use cases across Ad-tech and digital
ecosystems. o Exceptional communication and presentation skills,
enabling you to effectively convey the value proposition of our
data offerings to diverse audiences, including senior-level
decision-makers in the Healthcare industry. o A collaborative
spirit and the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional
teams (product development, marketing, analytics) to ensure
successful client outcomes within the Healthcare context. o A
results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving ambitious sales
targets and driving revenue growth in the Healthcare market. o A
strong work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and the
ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. o
Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
