customers identify vehicle preferences, budget, and key features.
Lead test drives and clearly explain vehicle capabilities and
benefits. Drive the Sales Process: Present competitive pricing,
incentives, and financing options. Negotiate terms professionally
while maintaining a strong follow?up system to build repeat and
referral business. Handle Documentation: Submit, process, and
complete all sales paperwork accurately for the Finance & Insurance
Producer. Stay Sharp & Hit Your Goals: Attend manufacturer product
and retail training. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by
