In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, guiding them to achieve their sales targets and enhance client interactions. Your main responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and collaborating with various departments to drive business growth. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of sales processes in the financial services sector, possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and have experience in a fast-paced sales environment. We are looking for someone with a BA/BS degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role, is essential. Having certifications like Certified Sales Leader (CSL) or equivalent will be beneficial.
