Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN
for part-time night shifts, providing low acuity in-home healthcare
services. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services department,
you will play a crucial role in improving patient well-being. Join
a team dedicated to patient care and teamwork in a supportive and
respectful workplace. Your responsibilities will include
administering medication, monitoring patient vitals, and
collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Strong clinical
skills, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset are essential in this
role. Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes
during night shifts. Administer medication and monitor patient
vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient
well-being. Document patient progress and report any changes in
condition. Maintain a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
