REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 1 years of recent collections experience • Consistent job history (no more than 3 employers in past 2 years) • Professional written/verbal communication and active listening skills • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Self-motivated with strong initiative and multitasking ability • High level of integrity in client interactions • Time management in high-volume environments Collections Representative Compensation & Schedule $19/hr (increases to $22/hr upon permanent hire) Schedule: Shifts vary between 8AM–9PM, Monday to Sunday with two days off weekly Up to 2 Saturdays/month & 1 Sunday/quarter required Mandatory overtime at month-end Temporary-to-Hire, W2 Start Date: July 2025 Job ID: 151011 ROLE IMPACT Will be responsible for managing delinquent automotive accounts, ensuring timely and effective collection efforts while maintaining professionalism and compliance Success will be measured by call performance metrics, resolution efficiency, and client satisfaction KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute collection calls on assigned accounts per queue priority • Meet daily/weekly collection performance goals (calls, promises kept, etc.) • Maintain accurate and professional communication with clients • Document all collection activities per compliance standards • Offer and implement payment assistance and settlement programs as applicable • Ensure each account is fully worked per internal procedures CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite • Collection system software (CRM or dialer-based) • Internal compliance and documentation platforms LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
