Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative – Richardson, TX
(Local Candidates Only) Pay Rate: $17.00/hour (Non-bilingual)
$17.75/hour (Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish or French)
Location: Richardson, TX– Must reside within 2 hours of the
location We’re hiring Remote Benefit Customer Service
Representatives to help individuals navigate their healthcare and
pension benefits with confidence and compassion. This is your
chance to make a real impact while working from home — but you must
be local to Richardson , as you'll need to pick up equipment in
person and may be asked to attend occasional in-office meetings.
Expected Start Date: Mid August – Early September What You’ll Do:
Support members with benefit enrollment and plan updates. Provide
thoughtful and clear assistance via phone, email, and webchat.
Start with one client account and gradually support more through
cross-training. Explain healthcare and pension plan information in
everyday terms. Handle sensitive or complex issues with
professionalism and empathy. Manage confidential information in
compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards. This role deals
with inbound calls only. No solicitation will be required :)
Schedule & Availability: Monday to Friday only — no weekends ever .
Must be flexible to work any shift between 7am-10pm CST . Peak
season: Full-time (40 hours/week) with potential overtime.
Off-peak: 32–40 hours/week depending on business needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Customer service or call
center experience is a plus, but not required — training provided.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adjust
your approach based on the customer’s personality and needs. Basic
computer skills and comfort learning new systems. Must live within
2 hours of Richardson to pick up equipment and attend occasional
in-person meetings. Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply: We’re
