Commercial/Residential a must- 95% Commercial Heavy commercial background and experience Good analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals Accurately diagnose electrical issues using multiple electrical diagram types Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal staff and external customers alike. Ability to work independently or as part of a team Certification or registration with TDLR EPA Universal Responsibilities for an HVAC/R Service Technician The Commercial Service Technician will install, maintain, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment and assist the plumbing and controls department as needed. Be available to work nights and weekends as needed and be on-call on a rotating basis to service customers' emergency needs.
